Purpose:
The unit MCPW-24 is used for the multicircuit circulatory pyrolysis of the solid municipal organic waste with the liquid, solid and gas fuel production.
Development Description:
The unit MCPW-24 carries out the multicircuit circulatory pyrolysis (MCP) of the solid municipal organic waste at the temperature of 400-600оС, and as a result receiving of the ecologically safe substances. The derived pyrolysis gas is used as a fuel for the reactor operating temperature maintenance. 
During the gas-vapor mixture (GVM) recirculation in the в multicircuit circulatory system (MCS) the high-molecular toxic components are changing their physicochemical characteristics: molecular weight is being reduced, toxicity is being reduced, and there is a timing stabilization of the end product’s chemical and physical characteristics.
The process and the end products are ecologically safe.

pyrolysis gas - 15 -35;

condensate - 12- 35; 
Reactor operating temperature - 400-600оС;
Reactor operating pressure, kg/cm2 not less than - 0,1;
Reactor maximum pressure, kg/cm2 not more than - 0,5;
Operating gas pressure in a gasholder, kg/cm2 not more than - 18,0
Application Area:
The unit is used for the utilization of the municipal solid organic waste of the human settlements and for the production of the alternate fuels.
