An installation unit for the thermal utilization of the infected medical organic waste.
Development Description:
The multicircuit circulatory pyrolysis installation unit (MCP) works basing on the high-molecular organic waste thermal decomposition (HMOW) at the temperature of 600оС, including the high-molecular toxic components as well, and as a result receiving of the ecologically safe low-molecular substances, which are being burnt down at the temperature of 1000-1200оС. The derived heat is used for the installation operating temperature maintenance. The MCP process provides a multiple circulation of the gas-vapor mixture (GVM) high-molecular components between the reactor and the multicircuit circulatory system.
