April 7 on the scene of the International Center of Culture and Arts (October Palace) the heroes of 2009 received their awards.

XXI Winter Olympic Games

Two students from the National Team of Ukrain of the NUS Humanities Institute took part  in the XXI Winter Olympic Games which was held in Vancouver.

Olga Harlan who is the Student of our University and the Champion of the XXIX Olympic Games in Peking in 2008!

Ukrainian Women Team of Saber Fencing which consists of Olga Harlan, Elena Homrova, Olga Zhovnir and Galina Pundik won gold medals during the Olympic Games.

In Genoa (Italy) the European championship in table tennis among athletes with violation of the musculoskeletal system was held. Mykolaiv citizen, participant of Paralympic Games in Beijing, the world-class athlete Yuriy Shchepanskyi became the twice champion of the Old World!
