The planning finance department works to organize and improve economic activity of the adm. Makarov National University of Shipbuilding.
Department is independent structural department and it reports directly to the rector.
The planning finance department guides by the Constitution and by the Laws of Ukraine, Regulations of the Supreme soviet of Ukraine and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, by the University Regulations, rector’s orders, by Academic Council of the University.
It develops plan projects, trial budget and the budget of expenditure of the University, writes the staff list. This department collaborates with other sections of the University such as bookkeeping department, educational department, scientific research department, personnel department, and with deans of the scientific educational institutions.
A very experienced financier Liliya Olexandrivna Chorna is the staff leader of the planning finance department. She has graduated from the machine building department, then she got the second higher education on the specialty economist-financier. She is very responsible, tactful, demanding. The whole staff is responsible for the financial and economical activities of the educational establishment.
Experienced specialists who graduated from our University and worked here. Leading economist L.V. Shumova, economist of the first category I.V. Selivanova, economist of the second category N.A.
