According to Agreement on Cooperation in the Field of Education, Science and Culture between the Governments of Latvia and Ukraine the State Education Development Agency of Latvia offers state scholarships for Ukrainian students and teachers. The main goal of this program is to give an opportunity to students and teachers of Ukraine study and hold research work at Latvia institutions of higher education during 2011/2012 academic year.
Latvia also offers Ukrainian students to visit the summer schools, organized by the Latvia institutions of higher education. They are:
