In July 2009, Romania it was held a regular European Championship on Boat Model Making in class "C" (wall models)
Championship is held under the auspices of International Organization of Boat Model Making Sport «Naviga». During the Championship it was boat models from 16 countries.
The Team of Ukraine presented twelve models, six of which were presented by Mykolaiv participants from Scientific and Industrial Department of the NUS.
None of the models of our boat model makers were deprived of awards.
These results identify high quality and originality of the technical documentation, by means of which the models were produced and a huge labour-intensiveness of work, diligence in making the boat models and as a whole - the great mastery of our boat model makers.
