On April 6, at 11 a.m. in the room 360 the presentation dedicated to the Fulbright scientific exchange programs in Ukraine will be held.
The program: the presentation of scientific exchange programs for students, postgraduates and teachers.
The fields of specialization: the humanities and social sciences, exact, technical and natural sciences.
TheFulbright program announces such competitions:
Fulbright Graduate Student Program: studying at universities in the United States during one or two years for getting a master's degree. Students of the senior (4-6 year) years, graduates of Ukrainian universities, postgraduates are welcome to take part in the competition.
Fulbright Faculty Development Program: research conduction in the U.S. universities during one academic year. Candidates for participation in the program: teachers and researchers under the age of 35, with two years of professional experience, which do not have a scientific degree, and young candidates of science (not later than 3 years after the defence).

International Fulbright Science and Technology Ph.D. Award: studying at the leading American universities at the postgraduate level during three years with the right to protect the Ph.D.
In 2007, 40 young scientists from different countries including one participant from the Ukraine received the grant of the U.S. State Department.

Fulbright Scholar Program: research in the U.S. universities for a period from four to nine months. The program is open for candidates and doctors of science, cultural workers, library scientists, journalists and lawyers, researchers with a five years' experience without a scientific degree and graduate students or applicants who’ll get a degree before September 2010.
In terms of a joint program of Fulbright and Kennan Institute (Fulbright-Kennan Program), researchers in the field of political science, public administration, study of problems of democracy and civil society, studying the U.S. role in the world and the issues of cooperation will undergo a training in the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars in Washington.
