The Master’s course of the NUS was introduced in August, 1999, according to the decision of the NUS Scientific Board. To provide the qualitative improvement of the educational process and introduction of the latest principles of the professionals’ training of the highest level a coordinating system was established on the basis of the educational department by the rector’s order. This structure dealt not only with the educational and methodical support, but it also gave a new level for the masters’ training by means of the new programs’ introduction, clear distribution of the masters’ training directions on the principle of the modular & credit-based system as the basis of the Bologna System.
