The main features of activity, tasks and functions

The main features of the Master’s Course activity:
• harmonious combination of the general and scientific, management, special, language training of masters cycle according to the legislation of Ukraine and gradualness of education at the NUOS;
• fundamental theoretical, practical and experimental training in accordance with the chosen field of master's study;
• implementation of the best achievements of modern masters’ training.

Tasks and functions.
The Master’s Course, based on the necessity to ensure the basic principles of logical combination of continuity and gradualness formation of the professional master's level training, and has been committed in the following areas:

• selection of talented students including foreign students to continue advanced education according to the master's programs to prepare highly skilled masters in different fields;
• implementation of training, retraining and scientific, educational, managerial, professional skills development for industry, higher education institutions of different levels of accreditation, local authorities, local governments and other public and private Ukrainian and foreign economic players;
• program, scientific and methodological, educational and organizational coordination of the Masters’ training according to their directions, which is improved at the departments of the certain areas;
• studying and generalization of advanced scientific and practical experience of other institutions of higher education, including foreign organizations of the master's training, educational process and research work;
• cooperation and integration activities with other universities on the development and improvement of the level of education;
• business development activities for self-reliance and self-financing of the major business projects;
• promotion of the employment of masters.

The functions of the Master’s Course are defined with the main tasks of the masters’ training and the organizational activity concerning the masters’ training.
