Emergence and development of the accounting is an integral part of the whole mankind history. The University book-keeping started its work from the very beginning of the University foundation.
Chief accountants were:
- Yakiv Mykhailovych Kitayin (was awarded with a medal “For the valorous work during the Second World War 1941-1945). He worked from 23.10. 1926 till 19.06.1960
- Valentyna Petrivna Pyetukhova worked from 20.06. 1960 till 10.11.1964
- Vasyl Pavlovych Zadorozhniyi worked from 11.11.1964 till 01.04.1973
- Olexandra Ivanivna Sorokina worked from 02.04.1973 till 26.07.1991
- Adelina Olexiyivna Holovanova worked from 10.07.1991 till 9.11.1993
- Iryna Andriyivna Zimina worked from 10.11.1993 till 07.11.2008
The staff of the book-keeping department numbers 18 colleagues. From November,2008 book-keeping is headed by the chief accountant Yakovleva Iryna Heorhiyivna. She has been working in our University since 1993
I.Y. Radutna works as an assistant chief accountant.
Book-keeping department consists of different branches:
- Salary accounting – T.B.Hres, T.A. Mayhur, L.I. Savun
- Scholarship accounting – V.M. Khopta, L.S. Potapyenko
- Material values accounting – N.P. Zhelo, O.I. Pyetrova, V.I. Krakosevych
N.M. Shevchenko was committed with the auditing of the payments of those students, who study on the contract basis.
N.M. Smilnytska is a responsible and an experienced specialist works in the University archive, and the aim is to optimize the archive work, to give timely and reliable information about the salary in the University archive.
L.A. Bulatova is a tireless toiler, she has been working in the book-keeping department since 1964. She teaches young accountants and share her experience with them, she is always ready o help young specialists.
Modern University book-keeping department means experienced high-qualified staff, modern equipment, introduced new computer programs, and a high level of the colleagues and students service.
